The WFH trouser you’ll want to wear all spring

Say buh-bye to athleisure and say hello to athflow. If you’re growing tired of your loungewear but not ready to dive straight back into stiff jeans and uncomfortable trews, then you’ll be only happy to adopt athflow into your wardrobe in 2021.

Described as athleisure meets elegance, it’s comfy enough to wear lounging on the couch but chic enough to be caught running to the shops, or wearing to work when we return to the office. Think casual jumpsuits, oversized outfits and flowy trousers.

And it just so happens that flowy, oversized trousers, also happen to be one of the biggest spring trends. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, The Row, and Balenciaga all showed their versions of XL trews styled up with everything from blazers to bralettes.

So if you’re looking for a below-the-waist upgrade, then it’s about time you switched out your stretchy loungewear or leggings for the stylish and just-as-comfy trouser.

Stylish but not sloppy, these relaxed, loose-fitting louche trousers will look work-appropriate with an oversized shirt tucked in, or a blouse, and loafers or wear them more casually with a t-shirt and trainers on the weekend.
